Initial Meeting
We get to know you and your plans for a new custom home. We introduce you to our process, from billing to communication style.
Design Phase
We collaborate with the architect and/or design team to lock in the project details. We can also introduce you to local firms we trust.
Permits & Budgeting
We create the project budget, create a detailed schedule, and assist with the building permit application.
Construction Phase
We get to work. We expertly manage each construction phase, from the foundation to the finishing touches.
Project Completion
We complete a two-stage deficiency walk-through as part of our rigorous quality control process.
Inspections & Warranty
With the occupancy permit secured, we hand off the project with a BC New Home Warranty (2-5-10 Year).
