Our Process

As your general contractors in Whistler, Pemberton, and Squamish, we manage all project elements. From scheduling to budgets to subcontractors and beyond, we are well-versed in all phases of construction.

Initial Meeting

We get to know you and your project vision and take the time to introduce you to our approach.

Design Phase

We collaborate with your architect and/or design team to lock in the project details.

Permits & Budgeting

We build out the budget, plan a detailed schedule, and assist with the building permit application process.

Construction Phase

We get to work. We expertly manage each construction phase, including subcontractor scheduling, budget management, and execution.

Project Completion

We complete a two-stage deficiency walk-through as part of our rigorous quality control process.

Inspections & Warranty

We hand off the project with a BC New Home Warranty (2-5-10 Year) or a 2-year limited warranty on renovations and remodels.
