This tranquil Nordic home underwent a complete transformation, from upgraded systems (plumbing, electric, and HVAC) to contemporary design with strong mid-century influences. The lower floor expansion, which required 60 days of rock removal, added a new bedroom, recreation room, bathroom, and expanded storage.
One of the most striking design updates was converting the original rough-sawn posts and beams into a sleek, deep-stained finish. Additional highlights include a new dormer in the primary ensuite, raising the ceiling height, along with a covered deck, roof, and new windows and doors throughout.
