From your first meeting all the way through to the final inspection, you’ll find our process transparent and our staff professional at every stage.
Initial Meeting
Our team meets with you to discuss your vision. We get to know you and the project details. We also walk you through our process, including our detailed bi-weekly billing and project dashboard.
Design Phase
Whether you have an architect lined up or need an introduction, we collaborate with the design team to lock in the details of the new build or renovation.
Permits & Budgeting
With the final designs in hand, we build out the project budget schedule and nail down the finer details of the contract. We can also assist with the building permit application process and interior designer introductions if needed.
Construction Phase
After the contract is signed, construction begins. Stay up to date on our progress with 24/7 access to your personal online portal, with daily project updates, field notes, and site photos.
Project Completion
Before we wrap up, we first complete a thorough deficiency walkthrough. Once it’s passed our own rigorous quality control process, we complete a secondary walkthrough with you to ensure any deficiencies are identified and corrected.
Inspections & Warranty
With the final inspection complete and occupancy permanently secured, we hand off the project with a BC New Home Warranty ( 2-5-10 Year) or a 2-Year Limited Warranty on renovations.
