Initial Meeting

We get to know you and your renovation plans, taking the time to introduce you to our approach.

Design Phase

We collaborate with your architect and/or design team to identify potential renovation challenges and lock in the project details.

Permits & Budgeting

We create the project budget, create a detailed schedule, and assist with the building permit application.

Construction Phase

We get to work. As skilled home remodel contractors, we expertly tackle each phase with as little disruption as possible.

Project Completion

We complete a two-stage deficiency walk-through as part of our rigorous quality control process.

Inspections & Warranty

We hand off the project with a 2-Year Limited Warranty on renovations and remodels.
